AB InBev, Anadolu Efes confirm Russian block of JV stake sale

Russian authorities have rejected Anadolu Efes' purchase of Anheuser-Busch InBev's stake in their Russian joint venture. The deal did not receive regulatory approval, leading to further review by the companies. The joint venture will continue under Anadolu Efes management.
