1959 cold case murder in Wisconsin solved through DNA testing, 65 years after boy found dead in culvert

A 65-year-old cold case in Wisconsin was solved using DNA evidence. A 7-year-old boy found dead in 1959 was identified as Chester Alfred Breiney, who was adopted and later abused by his adoptive parents.
