15-year-old shot on Temple University's campus in North Philadelphia, police say

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the arm at a shopping center near Temple University in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred outside Five Guys and Raising Cane's. The victim is in stable condition at Temple University Hospital, with no arrests or weapons recovered yet.
