Woman shot while driving on I-95 in Miami-Dade; FHP seeks white Honda sedan

Florida Highway Patrol seeks public help after a woman was shot on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County. The incident occurred near Northwest 13th Street. The victim is in critical condition. FHP urges anyone with information to contact authorities.
