TPG Telecom to Sell Assets to Vocus in $3.5 Billion Deal

TPG Telecom sells its fiber assets and fixed business to Vocus Group for A$5.25 billion. The deal includes Vocus providing fixed network services to TPG. The transaction is expected to be completed by the second half of 2025, streamlining TPG's business.
