Task force aims to move those displaced by ex-typhoon in Alaska from shelters to hotels, rentals

More than 1,000 hotel rooms and rentals are available in Anchorage for those displaced by Typhoon Halong. Officials are working to transition evacuees to private accommodations, with the state leading the effort. Additional support is being provided to affected villages in western Alaska.
