Suspects in 2 armed carjackings outside Philadelphia lived at St. Francis & St. Vincent Homes, police say

Two carjackings in Bensalem were linked to suspects residing at St. Francis & St. Vincent Homes for Children. Daniel Rosa, 15, and Tharyn Battis Jr., 18, were arrested and charged. Police are investigating a series of crimes in the area.
