South Korea parliament begins voting on Yoon's second impeachment motion

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea's parliament began voting on Saturday on a second impeachment motion against President Yoon Suk Yeol over his martial law decree, with his party deciding to participate after boycotting the previous vote.
