Saskatoon warming spaces open, some turn to tent encampments

As winter approaches, Saskatoon faces challenges in providing shelter for the homeless. The city is working to open emergency shelters, while existing facilities like Prairie Harm Reduction are extending hours to help. Plans for additional warming centers are in progress, but the need may exceed available spaces.
