Samsung ordered to pay $118 million for infringing Netlist patents

Netlist wins $118 million in damages from Samsung in a patent lawsuit. This follows a previous $303 million verdict against Samsung and a $445 million win against Micron in separate cases. The jury found Samsung's infringement willful, potentially tripling the award.
