Russia-linked "floating bomb" ship with explosive cargo back at NATO port

A Malta-flagged cargo ship, MV Ruby, carrying 20,000 tons of explosives, discharged part of its load before returning to the UK amid concerns over its cargo. The ship had faced rejection from several European countries due to fears of a potential explosion.
