Prada agrees to buy Versace from Capri in $1.38bn cash deal

Capri has agreed to sell Versace to Prada for $1.38bn. The deal is expected to be finalized in 2025 pending regulatory approval. Capri aims to strengthen its financial position and focus on Michael Kors.
