Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin blocked a bill that would allow law enforcement to access menstrual data stored in tracking apps. Clue, a period-tracking app, reassured users that their health data would not be disclosed to authorities. Concerns arise over potential abortion restrictions under Trump's second term.
