Norway's biggest bank DNB to buy Carnegie in $1.14 bln deal

Norway's largest bank, DNB Bank ASA, is acquiring Carnegie Holding AB for $1.14 billion. The deal aims to strengthen DNB's presence in the Nordic region and enhance its investment banking and wealth management services. The combined entity will be known as DNB Carnegie.
