Nokia acquires Rapid, the API company once valued at $1B

Nokia has acquired Rapid, a startup operating an API marketplace, to integrate it into a platform helping 5G operators open networks to more developers. The undisclosed deal involves Rapid, previously valued at $1 billion. Despite Rapid's initial success, challenges led to major layoffs.
