AMD's AI GPU business has rapidly grown, while Intel's Gaudi 3 AI chip sales fell short. Intel's Lunar Lake chip with on-package memory is a one-time feature due to cost concerns. Gelsinger hinted at reducing TSMC silicon use in future CPU architectures.
