Brian Whitelock, a double killer released from prison, murdered his neighbor Wendy Buckney, who offered him odd jobs to aid his rehabilitation. Despite warnings of his danger, Buckney believed in second chances. Whitelock brutally attacked and sexually assaulted Buckney, leading to her tragic death.
