Lloyds sent my £37,000 to the Duchy of Cornwall and I can't get it back

After changing his business to a sole trader, the firm was dissolved and £37,700 transferred to the Duchy of Cornwall. Following errors by Lloyds bank, the funds were eventually returned with £350 in compensation for the delays and inconvenience caused.
