Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee's lawsuit against Meta, parent company of Facebook and Instagram, was dismissed by a federal judge in Delaware. The lawsuit involved CBD product ads using Huckabee's name and image, but the judge ruled in favor of Meta, citing immunity under the Federal Communication Decency Act.
