Johnson & Johnson's subsidiary, Red River Talc LLC, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to resolve ovarian cancer claims. 83% support the plan. Red River increased its settlement commitment by $1.75 billion to $8 billion. The Company maintains that the claims lack merit.
