JD Sports closes acquisition of French sneaker retailer Courir

JD Sports Fashion has finalized the acquisition of French sneaker retailer Courir after receiving approval from the European Commission. The deal includes divesting 15 Courir stores to Snipes and aims to expand JD Sports' customer base and market presence in Europe.
