Are you looking for red hot stock growth to match the soaring temperatures outside? Want to invest in something with the potential to make a lot of money in the coming months and years? Two tech stocks are burning bright right now, with lots of room to keep growing in the long term.
Soundhound (NASDAQ: SOUN)
AI fever is gripping the nation, appearing in places you might not expect such as restaurants and car manufacturers. Soundhound is a relatively small AI company that’s making a big name for itself. Specializing in voice AI, the company has partnered with restaurants such as Church’s Chicken and Applebee’s. It’s also partnered with Nvidia to provide generative AI in cars that feature Nvidia DRIVE.
With a market cap of just $1.3 billion, Soundhound still has plenty of space for future growth. It’s not yet turning a profit, with an adjusted net loss of about $19.9 million in the most recent quarter. Still, the company’s list of partnerships is impressive, and all signs point to increasing scale and profitability over time.
CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD)
Cyberattacks are a constant threat for businesses of all sizes, and the damages can be severe. The current market leader in cybersecurity protection is CrowdStrike Holdings, and its dominance should continue to grow thanks to a valuable partnership with Nvidia. CrowdStrike’s Falcon security platform features Nvidia’s AI computing services, vastly enhancing its threat detection capabilities.
CrowdStrike is growing rapidly, posting 33% YOY growth in the most recent quarter. It’s the cloud security platform of choice for more than 60 of the world’s biggest companies, a number that is expected to increase over time. CrowdStrike has started to turn a profit, which is a good sign for potential investors. Its market cap is high, at about $94 billion, but there is still plenty of room to grow. All in all, CrowdStrike looks poised to dominate an ever-growing cybersecurity market.
