International Game announces expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Act waiting period

IGT's Gaming & Digital business and Everi Holdings will be acquired by Apollo Global, as waiting period under the HSR Act has ended. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
