Injured 49ers star McCaffrey to see specialist in Germany for Achilles tendinitis

San Francisco 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed star running back Christian McCaffrey traveled to Germany to consult a specialist for his Achilles injury. McCaffrey has been dealing with the injury since early training camp and is on injured reserve.
