Amazon's CEO Andy Jassy denied rumors that the return-to-office policy was a "quiet firing" tactic. He emphasized the importance of fostering culture and innovation by working together in the office. Jassy also addressed reducing management layers to enhance efficiency and reduce bureaucracy at Amazon.
