FRC announces 'significant' update to the UK Stewardship Code

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has introduced major changes to the UK Stewardship Code application process to enhance support for UK capital markets and reduce reporting burdens. The revisions focus on five priority areas and aim to drive better stewardship outcomes.
