FA proposes introduction of WSL and Championship B teams in lower tiers

The Football Association is considering restructuring tiers three to six of the English women's football pyramid by 2026-27. The proposal includes allowing B teams from higher divisions to compete in lower tiers and expanding regional leagues to 14 teams.
