DPW worker dies after being injured while on duty in West Baltimore

A DPW worker in Baltimore died after being injured on duty while collecting trash in an alley. Timothy Cartwell was taken to the hospital but later passed away. The department expressed condolences and support to his family and colleagues. The incident is under investigation by the police.
