CPS board approves resolution seeking to keep Acero charter schools open

The Chicago Board of Education passed a resolution pressuring Acero Schools to keep seven schools open due to financial problems. The charter school operator plans to close the schools, blaming mismanagement. The Chicago Teachers Union supports the resolution.
