Cost cuts in any Commerzbank merger would affect headquarters not branches, Unicredit CEO tells Economist

UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel mentioned that cost cuts from a potential Commerzbank acquisition would focus on the head office, not branches. UniCredit aims for a merger or selling its stake for profit. Orcel opposes moving UniCredit's headquarters to Germany.
