Citi Nabs BBVA Tech Head to Lead Revamp Ahead of Banamex IPO

Citigroup Inc. recruited Francisco Leyva from Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA to lead a technology overhaul at its Banamex unit before its IPO in 2025. Leyva will head operations and technology, reporting to Banamex's CEO Manuel Romo.
