BW LPG takes delivery of vessel, issues shares to Avance Gas

BW LPG received vessel BW Rigel, with 6 out of 12 VLGCs delivered. They issued 2,141,000 new shares to Avance Gas for the vessel. This brings the total shares to 149,641,000, with Avance Gas holding 6.
