BTG Pactual gets green light to buy AccorInvest hotels in Brazil for $300 million

BTG Pactual funds receive preliminary approval to acquire AccorInvest's hotel operations in Brazil for $300 million. The deal includes 18 hotels with 2,600 rooms, to be managed by BTG. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by the end of 2024.
