Biden postpones Germany, Angola trip as Milton churns

President Joe Biden postponed his trip to Germany and Angola to focus on the federal response to Hurricane Milton. The trip included meetings with Chancellor Olaf Scholz and G-7 leaders on the Ukraine war. Biden's visit to Angola was part of his commitment to visit Africa before leaving office.
