Bahrain loses state immunity appeal in dissidents' UK lawsuit over spyware

Bahrain's attempt to claim state immunity in a lawsuit brought by two dissidents for hacking their laptops with spyware was rejected by London's Court of Appeal. The dissidents accuse Bahrain of using surveillance software to monitor their communications.
