Comcast announced the spin-off of several cable networks, including USA Network and MSNBC, into a separate company named SpinCo. The move aims to separate underperforming cable networks from NBCUniversal's growth properties. NBCUniversal will retain key assets like NBC, Telemundo, and Peacock.
