Apple is making it easier to find your lost luggage by letting you share AirTag tracking info with airlines

Apple's new AirTag feature allows users to share item locations with trusted third parties like airlines. It is set to launch with iOS 18.2 in December, aiding in tracking lost luggage. The feature is currently available in the public beta.
