ALPLA enters South African PET recycling market with €60m plant

Austrian company ALPLA has invested €60m to open a new plant in Ballito, South Africa, for PET recycling. The facility will produce 35,000 tonnes of rPET annually, supporting sustainable packaging solutions and aligning with South Africa's EPR regulations.
