Allegheny County Sheriff's K-9 honored for finding missing person with dementia 2 miles from care facility

K-9 Ranger from Allegheny County Sheriff's Office was recognized for helping find a missing person with dementia who had wandered 2 miles away. Ranger, a skilled Bloodhound, tracked the individual and safely reunited them with the care facility.
