On to our last 17 Alerts...

On September 20th we released a SURPRISE ALERT at 11:07AM ET! This one QUICKLY Jumped from $2.38 to $4.45, ticker was NASDAQ: GXAI!

On September 19th at 4:01PM we re-alerted a past Alert NASDAQ: LFLY, it moved from $1.82 to $4.38 EXTREMELY FAST and the next day hit $4.40 pre-market but lost Momentum and CRASHED!

Thursday September 12th, this was NASDAQ: OBLG. We alerted it at $3.60 and it quickly jumped and got halted. After the halt NASDAQ: OBLG began building momentum before the market close it hit $6.70, an 86% move! The next day Friday 9/13 it consolidated dropping to $4.56 and we kept talking about a potential Squeeze, we saw that happen on Monday 9/16 pre-market when it hit $6.37 another 39% move from Friday's low. We kept this Alert as the one for Tuesday 9/17 but unfortunately momentum dried up and it crashed.

Wednesday September 4th, this was a little different as we alerted a company that was down over 30% that morning trading at $1.30, ticker NASDAQ: SHPH! It quickly began bouncing and got Halted! In less then 3 hours NASDAQ: SHPH moved to a HIGH of $2.76 a 112% move and then by Thursday Septmeber 5th rose to $3.46 pre-market a 166% move in less then 24 hours!

NYSE: TOVX, which we alerted on Thursday August 29th when it was trading at $3.40! It got halted 3 times and after jumping to $5.17 crashed all the way down to $3.56... We kept talking about it as a potential SQUEEZE Alert for Friday August 30th! Guess what Happened? On Friday it started to SQUEEZE pre-market and hit $7.15 right after the Opening Bell! That's a pretty amazing 110% move in less then 24 Hours!

Before that we had an Alert on Monday August 26th at 9:40AM ET! This one was NASDAQ: ASST when it was trading at $1.38... It quickly jumped to $2.34 a 69% move! We continued to talk about it non stop for a potential SQUEEZE and on Wednesday August 28th the SQUEEZE took NASDAQ: ASST to $3.94 a 185% move in just over 48 Hours!

Before this we alerted NYSE: AMS. We released this one at 9AM ET on 8/22/24 when it was trading at $3.09. Unfortunately it ran CRAZY FAST to $6.51 by 9:04AM ET and after that came back down and never built the Momentum we have seen with other alerts in the past. Of course we never know what will happen with any company we introduce our members to and past performance is never an indication of future results.

Our Alert before that and also potentially the second least fun one to watch was NASDAQ: SIDU released on Monday August 19th... It was Alerted at $2.65 but QUICKLY JUMPED and was Halted for 40 Minutes before re-opening up and in a blink of an eye hitting $5.01 but then dropping and even though we kept watching for a possible bounce that never happened!

Before this one we released an Alert on Tuesday August 13th... That one was NASDAQ: ELWS! It went quick from $1.30 to $5.20 a 300% move! We continued to talk about it as a potential SHORT SQUEEZE and after dropping down to $3.66 on Wednesday August 14th it ran to $5.21 pre-market on Thursday August 15th another 42% move! Unfortunately it did not hold up and fell apart during the morning session!

 

NASDAQ: RGC was Alerted on Friday August 9th going from $9.45 on Friday and hitting $16 on Monday August 12th a 69% move!

We also released an interesting one on Monday August 5th when the markets were bleeding!

It was suppose to be just a Quick Alert when it was trading at $1.02 and just for Monday but ended up jumping over 160% in 48 hours hitting $2.70 Wednesday August 7th!

That one was NYSE: PW take a look at the chart:

On Monday July 29th as a surprise alert sent at 2:40PM ET! This alert was NASDAQ: ISPO and it was trading at $3.60! It quickly ran to $6.25 and closed the day at $5.25...

On Tuesday July 30th NASDAQ: ISPO went VIRAL and hit $9.31 for a 157% move since our Alert in less then 24 hours! We continued talking about it all week looking at a potential Short Squeeze but unfortinately the entire market took a nose dive and NASDAQ: ISPO never saw the Squeeze!

The previous Alert was NASDAQ: CMAX, which we first Alerted on Monday July 22nd... It went from $1.70 to $5.05 in less then 1 hour, a 197% move! Well we kept talking about NASDAQ: CMAX as our Official Alert of the week and by Friday July 26th it hit $8.49 a massive 399% move!

Our Alert before that came on July 11th, ticker NASDAQ: LCFY... It went from $2.50 to $11.23 in less then 2 hours for a 349% move!

We re-alerted NASDAQ: LCFY on Tuesday July 16th after it dropped down to $3.60 as it looked like a potential SQUEEZE Alert.. Well in less then 24 hours NASDAQ: LCFY SQUEEZED from $3.60 to $8.49 another 135% move!

Then we move on to NASDAQ: LFLY which we alerted on June 6th at $1.48 and in less then 24 Hours it EXPLODED to $4.22 for an impressive 185% move!

The following week we introduced everyone to NASDAQ: WHLR on June 11th when it was trading at $1.15... Guess what happened within 24 Hours?? It jumped 138%! Crazy thing is we continued talking about it and within 48 hours had jumped to $4.22 for a 179% move in less then 48 hours!

Even if a Recipient’s own independent research indicates that an Issuer’s securities are consistent with future economic trends, each Recipient should be aware that economic trends have their own limitations, including: (a) that economic trends or predictions may be speculative; (b) consumers, producers, investors, borrowers, lenders and government may react in unforeseen ways and be affected by behavioral biases that The Publisher is unable to predict; (c) human and social factors may outweigh future economic trends that the Publisher state may or will occur; (d) clear cut economic predictions have their limitations in that they do not account for the fundamental uncertainty in economic life, as well as ordinary life; (e) economic trends may be disrupted by sudden jumps, disruptions or other factors that are not accounted for in economic trends analysis; in other words, past or present data predicting future economic trends may become irrelevant in light of new circumstances and situations in which uncertainty becomes reality rather than predicted economic outcome; or (f) if the trend predicted involves a single result, it ignores other scenarios that may be crucial to make a decision in the event of unknown contingencies. If an Issuer is an SEC reporting company, it could be delinquent (not current) in its periodic reporting obligations (i.e., in its quarterly and annual reports) with the SEC, or if it is an OTC Markets Pink Sheet quoted company, it may be delinquent in its Pink Sheet reporting obligations, which may result in OTC Markets posting a negative legend pertaining to the Issuer at www.otcmarkets.com, as follows: (i) “Limited Information” for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or that are unwilling to file required reports with the Pink Sheets; (ii) “No Information,” which characterizes companies that are unable or unwilling to provide any disclosure to the public markets, to the SEC or the Pink Sheets; and (iii) “Caveat Emptor,” signifying buyers should be aware that there is a public interest concern associated with a company’s illegal spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of a company’s fraudulent activity or its insiders, regulatory suspensions or disruptive corporate actions.

Selling Parties may sell securities of the Issuers for less than the target prices set forth in the Information and Selling Parties may profit by selling its securities during the Campaigns while Recipients have a loss.

When Selling Parties acquire, purchase or sell the securities of an Issuer, it could (i) cause significant volatility in the Issuer’s securities; (ii) if purchasing, cause temporary but unrealistic increases in volume and price of the Issuer’s securities; and (iii) if selling, cause the Issuer’s stock price and trading volume to decline dramatically resulting in Selling Parties making substantial profits while Recipients who purchase during the Campaign experience significant losses.

The Campaigns are designed to increase the trading price of the Issuers’ securities by encouraging the Recipients of the Information to purchase an Issuer’s securities despite that the securities may not be a good investment, and the trading price of the Issuer’s securities will dramatically decline when the Campaign ends. If you rely on the Information in the Campaigns when making an investment decision, you will likely lose your investment.

If the Issuer’s trading price increases during the Campaign, it is likely the result of buying activity caused by the Campaign and such increase does not reflect the Issuer’s prospects, financial condition or an increase in the value of the Issuer’s securities.
