WW International has replaced CEO Sima Sistani with board member Tara Comonte as Interim CEO. Sistani led the company's acquisition of telehealth platform Weekend Health, part of WW's rebrand as a healthy lifestyle company. The reason for Sistani's departure was not disclosed.
