A woman from South Jersey allegedly tried to hire a man from Tinder to kill her ex-boyfriend, a Philadelphia police officer, and his daughter. Jaclyn Diiorio, 26, was charged with attempted murder and conspiracy. She offered $12,000 for the killings.
