Tonnisha O. Mitchell, 43, was arrested in Louisiana for allegedly beating Gene Hill, Jr., 42, leaving him on a roadway where he was struck and killed. Mitchell faces charges of second-degree battery and manslaughter. She tried to destroy evidence but was arrested at her home.
