The Hut Group plans to separate its logistics arm, THG Ingenuity, into a separate entity and raise 75 million pounds for the demerger. CEO Matthew Moulding will invest 10 million pounds in the equity raise, while the company's Beauty and Nutrition divisions will remain operational.
