An Indiana judge ruled that taxpayers must fund sex reassignment surgery for an inmate convicted of murdering a baby. The inmate, formerly known as Jonathan C Richardson, now identifies as Autumn Cordellionè and argues the surgery is necessary for gender dysphoria.
