A small plane crashed into Utah Lake near Provo Airport with two occupants onboard. The plane is submerged under 8 feet of water, recovery efforts are underway. Authorities do not expect any survivors. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash involving a Cirrus SR22.
