Basque steel maker Sidenor is in discussions with Spanish train maker Talgo regarding the acquisition of some or all of Talgo's shares. Sidenor's potential tender offer has driven Talgo's stock price up, following a previous withdrawal of an offer by a Hungarian consortium.
