Patrick Stephenson, accused of murdering Samantha Murphy in Ballarat, has pleaded not guilty. His case was expedited to the Victorian supreme court after he waived committal proceedings. Murphy went missing after leaving for a run, and Stephenson is set to stand trial on 27 November.
