Ritzy Florida beach town mayor seen taking field sobriety test in bodycam: 'I'm not the mayor right now'

Naples, Florida Mayor Teresa Heitmann was arrested for DUI after following a couple to their residence. Bodycam footage shows her taking a sobriety test and refusing to take off her heels. She had a BAC above the legal limit of 0.08.
