Proxy advisory firm ISS recommends Disney shareholders elect Nelson Peltz to board

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) on Thursday recommended Disney shareholders elect Trian Fund Management's Nelson Peltz to the entertainment giant's board.

"Dissident nominee Peltz, as a significant shareholder, could be additive to the succession process, providing assurance to other investors that the board is properly engaged this time around," the report seen by Reuters said.
